In my old posts, I shared the list of the best IPTV providers, but some people asked me to write a complete Eternal IPTV review that was also listed there. After hearing too many requests from my visitors I am finally here to share with you my experience with this Internet Protocol TV service provider.
Probably in that article, I have shared a few things to understand about this service but now you will learn everything like the list of channels, customer support, pricing plans, payment methods, and much more. Everything that I am going to share with you is what I have experienced while using this service.
However, a few things might be different for some people as I am not talking about them, but instead, it is my own story. So, if you are interested to learn about Eternal TV then just make sure to stick with this article until the end.
Also, at the end of this guide, I will be sharing my opinion, so if you are lazy and don’t want to read it then just scroll down to the conclusion section where you will find my suggestion.
What Is Eternal IPTV?
An Eternal IPTV is a service that offers live TV channels to customers over the internet rather than using a cable network. This service can be used on multiple platforms like laptops, Mobile, Smart TVs, Streaming Sticks, Set-top Boxes, etc.
Everything offered by this service can be accessed anywhere in the world without Geo-restrictions. A user can stream local channels from their area or international channels from various countries.
It is probably one of the best things to have since the older cable networks only offer channels that are allowed. By the cable provider which is quite limited.
This is the reason why Internet TV is getting popular among individuals day by day as it has no restrictions over what channels can be watched and offer other benefits too.
Eternal IPTV offers the TV Guide to the customers where they can check the upcoming events for 7 days straight and even has the video-on-demands to watch in their free time.
Despite this, there are various other features that I am going to share with you here so just make sure to stick with me until the end to know if you should buy Eternal TV or not.
Eternal IPTV Channels List
Ok, so let’s start our article by knowing the channel list offered by the Eternal IPTV service. It is because people who tend to buy an IPTV service probably want more TV channels from their old provider.
Even though I was also moved towards these services just to get more channels, so in the case of Eternal TV, they are offering users 6,500+ live TV channels.
Well! That’s what they said but the truth is a little bit different because as I am an old user of their service I learned that they only offer roughly 5,000+ channels.
All the channels offered by this provider are from your local area and even from various countries like Germany, the UK, the USA, Russia, Canada, the Philippines, and the list go on.
However, there is one more thing that I noticed as most of the channels offered by this service come in the Standard quality while only a few are in HD or Full HD.
Anyways, instead of Live TV channels, they also offer some video-on-demands where the library is quite updated, but you can still watch some movies or web series in your free time.
Customer Service
The next important to talk about in the Eternal IPTV reviews is probably customer support because it lets us interact with the service provider we are using.
Having good support probably makes any service better as it helps users communicate with the provider and ask them for all sorts of help or to learn more about their service.
However, if we talk about the customer support of Eternal IPTV then unfortunately it is average nor good nor bad. Although my experience with them was kinda bad.
When I purchased their service and was facing some issues during setup I tried to contact them through their so-called Live chat but they kept me waiting for hours.
Instead of this I also contacted them through the ticket, but the result was the same they leave me on seeing and didn’t bother to reply to my ticket or help me out.
That’s why, if you want a service with good customer service, then, unfortunately, this is not the right choice for you because they won’t bother to reply to any of your questions.
Supported Devices
No wonder the reason behind purchasing an IPTV service is that we want to watch our favorite live TV channels on multiple devices.
As we know that there are hundreds of new devices available out there that include Streaming Sticks, Set-top boxes, Android Boxes, and so on.
This way each person is probably using different devices so if you purchase a service that doesn’t work with the device you own then it means your money is completely wasted.
But with this service, you don’t have to worry a bit about this because Eternal IPTV can be used with almost every device. It offers an M3U Playlist file and also the Xtream Codes API login method.
Both of these methods are used on various IPTV Players like Smarters Pro, Smart IPTV, GSE, etc. Although these apps support Laptops/computers, Smart TVs, Streaming Sticks, and so on.
Here is the list of some supported devices:
- Computer/Laptop
- Roku
- Mobile Phones
- FireTV Stick
- Mi Box
- Raspberry Pi
- Set-top Boxes
- Android Boxes
- Enigma
- MAG
- Smart TVs
Payment Methods
Now that we know the compatibility of devices with the Eternal IPTV let’s talk about the next important thing which is Payment Methods.
So, in terms of security, this IPTV service offers a decent and secure payment gateway where personal information will be safe from the user and from the buyer’s end.
Currently, they are accepting payment through PayPal and Bitcoin only, you can choose between these two methods depending on what is secure for you.
In my case, I would suggest using PayPal because it is much more secure and even if the Eternal IPTV doesn’t respond to your message you can dispute money.
Many people on different forums have reported that this IPTV service is a scam and they never get account details after they paid for the subscription.
Although it doesn’t happen to me because when I paid for the subsection of 1 a month they sent me the account details within a few hours of time.
Overall, this service has a decent and also secure payment method so you can proceed without having to worry about your personal information or credit card details.
Pricing and Plans
Now that we have learned almost everything about this Eternal IPTV service, then let’s talk about the pricing and plans offered by this service provider.
If we compare it with other services that I have already mentioned in my older posts then this is quite cheaper that offers 6,500+ live channels and 14,000+ video-on-demands.
So, the pricing plans start from $8.5 a month with all the channels, VODs, and support for a single device. You can simply purchase more device support from them for $7.
Despite this, they are also offering 3 months, 6 months, and a 1-year plan where each of these plans only offers support for single devices.
A 3-month plan costs you $24 while adding more devices costs $19.5, the 6-month plan comes with a price tag of $45 where the extra device costs $36 and the last is a 1-year plan $for 79.99 where the extra device costs you $64.
As you can see the pricing plans of Eternal IPTV are a lot cheaper in case you are buying for a single device but for multiple devices, I wouldn’t recommend this.
It is because there are a lot of services available out there that offer more TV Channels, VODs, much better quality, and even multiple device support at a cheaper price than this one.

Eternal IPTV Application
Eternal TV doesn’t offer an IPTV application to the customer that’s why to use this service you will be required to install a 3rd-party app on the device you are willing to use.
You will find plenty of apps available out there that can be used to stream live TV channels or Video-on-demands offered by your service provider.
The IPTV players are safe to use and are legal that’s why you can get them from Apple Store, Google Play Store, Microsoft Store, or even from their official website.
However, I would prefer to use the Smarters Pro app because it has a decent user interface for both Mobile Phones and as well as for Televions.
The best part is that the application can be downloaded officially from various Stores and most features of this app are completely free to use.
Smarter Pro has the widest range of device compatibility where it supports MacOS, Windows, Smart TVs, Android, iOS, WebOS, TizeOS, Linux and the list goes on.
If you don’t like this app and want to give it a try to another one, then don’t worry I got your back, as you can check this article and find the list of the best IPTV Players.

Is Eternal IPTV legal?
An Internet Protocol TV is completely legal unless the service provider has a license and rights to stream these channels or video-on-demands.
If there is a single channel that is not licensed then, unfortunately, the service became illegal to stream which means streaming from these services will be considered a crime.
That way Eternal IPTV is also a legal service where most of the channels offered them are licensed, which means streaming these channels is completely safe.
But still, I would suggest using a Virtual Private Network a.k.a VPN while using any of these services as there is a chance that you end up streaming an illegal channel.
It is a fact that any of the providers having thousands of channels offering low-cost subscriptions doesn’t own the license for each of these channels.
This is why using a VPN will help you keep secure while streaming from these services and even help to avoid ISP throttling from the provider and so on.
Conclusion
Technology was growing a lot faster than expected as a few years ago, it was like impossible to watch Live TV on a computer or mobile phone. But nowadays we have hundreds of services that offer live channels that can be streamed directly on any device you want without any restrictions.
Similarly, in the Eternal IPTV review, we learned about this service, which claims to be offering 6,500+ live channels and also offers some VODs.
This service is good for average users who want it for a single device as the pricing plans are a lot cheaper than most of the providers.
But when it comes to buying multiple devices than I wouldn’t recommend it because most of the channels offered by them came in Standard Quality. Even though they have poor customer support which makes I quit their service as I waited for a few days just to get their response.
Overall, Eternal TV has only channels near 5000 and the library of VODs is quite outdated. The picture quality is not good enough and they should work on it too. Furthermore, the channels keep buffering even if you have the fastest internet connection which I didn’t like about them.
